CWG Plc engages in the supply, installation, integration, maintenance, and support of computer equipment, e-payment hardware, and ancillary equipment in Nigeria, Ghana, Uganda, and Cameroon. It operates through IT Infrastructure, Communication and Integrated Services, Managed Support Services, Software, and Platform segments. The IT Infrastructure segment supplies, installs, and supports computer hardware; and operates middleware systems and automated teller machines. The Communication and Integrated Services segment offer VSAT and fiber connectivity, metropolitan, wide, local area networks, and systems integration, as well as network communications support services. The Managed Support Services segment provides internal and external clients managed/outsourcing services, and related accessories for equipment and service maintenance. The Software segment offers services in software deployment, implementation and support, systems analysis, design and implementation, and smartcard applications, as well as training to clients on the systems and other off-the-shelf packages. The Platform segment provides products and solutions as the foundation for growth and progress in e-commerce and society, such as BillsNPay, SMERP, UCP, and Finedge. The company was formerly known as Computer Warehouse Group Plc. CWG Plc was founded in 1992 and is headquartered in Lagos, Nigeria.
